The request was successful.

Dear Human Resources and Security,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the annual report for IDOC, containing the reviews of disciplinary cases and their outcomes, for the year 2015.

I am also seeking the publication date of the IDOC report that covers the current year.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Human Resources and Security,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Human Resources and Security's handling of my FOI request '2015 annual IDOC report'.

In response to a statement that the annual IDOC review was not out (but would be forwarded on to me when it was), I requested clarification on the target release date.

As I have not had a response I wonder if this might be supplied?

I understand the target date for release is traditionally April.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/2015_...

Yours faithfully,

Lee Rotherham
