Mr. zu Guttenberg's deliverables

The request was successful.

Dear Communications Networks, Content and Technology (CNECT),

In December 2011, Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg was invited as an adviser by Vice-President Kroes as a "key element" for the "No Disconnect strategy" and to "advise on how to provide ongoing support to Internet users, bloggers and cyber-activists living under authoritarian regimes".

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents, for the period from December 2011 until November 2013 in his role as adviser to the Vice-President:

- a list of Mr. zu Guttenberg's meetings with IT companies, bloggers, activists, NGOs and decision-makers;

- a list of conferences and events in which he participated;

- a list of EU initiatives and projects in which Mr zu Guttenberg was involved;

- Mr zu Guttenberg's contribution as a "key element" to the "No Disconnect Strategy";

- his intermediary and final reports on the EU's possible support to bloggers, users and activists;

- a complete overview of his travel expenses and other fees.

Yours faithfully,

Kirsten
