Dear Secretariat General,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Secretariat General's handling of my FOI request 'Roelie Post', GestDem 2016/2662.

First of all, DG NEAR only informed me about the documents found, but did not provide public access to the two documents and the related correspondence - as was requested.

Second, there were a number of other letters sent by others to the European Commission, per email or by postal service.
To President Juncker,
to First Vice-President Timmermans,
and to the Secretary General.

In view of transparency and accountability, I kindly request these documents and related correspondence to be made public.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/roeli...

Yours faithfully,

Arun Dohle

Dear Secretariat General,

I would like to add that I sent an earlier mail to President Juncker, which was not included by DG NEAR - date 19 November 2014.

Yours faithfully,

Arun Dohle

Secretariat General of the European Commission
