List of MEPs that signed the petition for the Luxleaks EP enquiry committee

La demande est réussie.

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

On the 14 January, 194 MEPs signed up to the call by the Greens with the support of the GUE group to launch a parliamentary enquiry committee in the Luxleaks tax scandals.

Once the Conf of President has validated it, could I get the list of the 194 MEPs that signed it?

Yours faithfully,

xavier dutoit

Dear Mr Dutoit,

Further to our notice of 05.02.2015 we have pleasure in enclosing the
requested document.

Please be aware that Parliament has decided to set up a special
parliamentary committee to look into EU member states’ "tax rulings and
other measures similar in nature or effect" and make recommendations for
the future.

The committee will have 45 members and is established for an initial
period of six months.
