1 The letter referred to in your request is a letter by the Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki to
the members of the European Council and the presidents of the European Council, European
Commission and European Parliament on relations between national and European law.
The said letter was not sent to the President of the European Council by post. It was uploaded on
the Polish government’s website and was brought to the attention of the above mentioned
recipients by an email, circulated through official channels, with a link to the following webpage :
