Dear
Dear Ms Dyrskjot,
Dear Mr Stengg,
Dear
We would like to thank you again for taking the time to discuss the upcoming measure to improve working conditions of people
working on platforms and the role of on-demand ride-hailing platforms earlier this month.
Move EU is convinced that the European Commission should seek alternative options to improving working conditions, without
compromising earning opportunities and innovations in the field of digital mobility solutions.
Attached you can find Move EU’s proposal to improve working conditions of ride-hailing drivers, to decrease the risk of
reclassification and to offer an alternative to the rebuttable presumption of employment which is considered by the European
Commission.
Please let us know if you have questions or comments.

Dear Mr Jørgensen
Dear Mr Stengg,
Dear Ms Dyrskjøt,
I am contacting you in the context of my work for Move EU. Move EU (Bolt, Free Now and Uber)brings together the leading
players in the ride-hailing sector whose aim is to promote the sustainable use of on-demand mobility and new mobility
services in the EU.
Move EU would like to contribute to the ongoing debate on so-called platform workers and we would like to discuss our
position with you, ahead of the Commission adoption of a measure to improve working conditions of people working in the
platform economy in December.
Please let me know when you would be available for a meeting and whether you desire additional information.
Kind regards
