Dear
,
Time has flown away since the last time we talked. I hope you are doing well amd that you had a
relaxing break this summer.
I am reaching out as the
of the American Chamber of Commerce to the EU would like
to request a meeting with Mr. Rossides in the coming weeks to discuss the cabinet’s priorities
and possible future engagement. As we could not meet with him in the past due to the COVID
emergency, we would really appreciate having the possibility of introducing him to our work on
healthcare (and beyond) and to
, Johnson & Johnson (J&J) for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
and Global Supply Chain.
We are well aware of the still busy period and we are willing to accommodate
 agenda
whether possible.
Should you need further information, do not hesitate to contact me. I will gladly answer all the
questions you might have.
Looking forward to hearing from you, I wish you a nice day.
Best Regards,

Dear
,
Cc others,
Regretfully, due to the current situation on the COVI 19 and the many meetings that the HoCab
and our Members have to attend, we are forced to cancel our meeting on Thursday 05/03 at
15:00.
I will get back to you as soon as possible with a suggestion for a new date.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused you but I hope you will
understand the situation.
