all documentation relating (including but not limited to all email

and minutes/notes) relating to meetings between the entities listed below and the
Commission on 'REPowerEU: Joint European action for more affordable, secure and
sustainable energy' or in preparation for the development of the RePower EU proposal
from the last 6 months:
- Companies: Snam, Uniper, Equinor, TotalEnergies, Gazprom, Repsol, BP, Engie,
Royal Dutch Shell, Enel, Rosneft, Lukoil, Nornickel, Severstal, and Surgutneftegas.
- Trade Associations: Eurogas, Gas Infrastructure Europe, GasNaturally, Gas
Distributors for Sustainability (GD4S), the International Association of International Oil
& Gas Producers (IOGP), FuelsEurope, and the Russian Gas Society.
Together with this letter, please find enclosed the documents falling within the scope of
your request.
Please note that in line with Article 4(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, in the
attached document, all personal data has been redacted. In your request, you do not
express any particular interest to have access to these personal data nor do you put
forward any arguments to establish the necessity to have the data transmitted for a
specific purpose in the public interest.
In case you disagree with this position, you are entitled, in accordance with Article 7(2)
of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, to submit a confirmatory application requesting the
