Dear Sir
,
We refer to your e-mail dated 18 March 2023 in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered under the above-mentioned reference number.
You request access to:
“A list of all lobby meetings (including phone calls, conference calls,
video conferences etc.) held by your DG since 1 January 2022 where the reform of the EU
electricity market design was discussed. The list should include the names of the individuals
and organisations participating; the date; and any minutes / notes produced. I would
additionally like to receive any emails, policy papers, or other correspondence related to
the reform of the EU electricity market design between your DG and lobbyists during this
time period.”
This reply concerns only the request addressed to DG Taxation and Customs union (DG
TAXUD).
We regret to inform you that DG Taxation and Customs union (DG TAXUD) does not
hold any documents that would correspond to the description given in your application.
Please note that the reform of the EU electricity market design is within the remit of DG
ENERGY (DG ENER).

defined in that regulation applies only to existing documents in the possession of the
institution.

application, are held by DG TAXUD, DG TAXUD is not in a position to fulfil your
request.
In accordance with Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, you are entitled to
