documents to distinct Commission departments, on behalf of Corporate Europe 
Observatory (CEO), registered on 24/02/2016 respectively under the reference numbers 
GestDem No 2016/0892, GestDem No 2016/0893 and GestDem No 2016/0930, as well 
as to your  email dated 24/02/2016 in which you make a request for access to documents, 
on behalf of CEO, registered on 26/02/2016 under the reference number GestDem No 
2016/0938.  
Your applications are currently being handled.  
We would like to inform you that we are preparing a common reply for your 
aforementioned requests, coordinated by the Directorate-General Employment, Social 
Affairs and Inclusion. 
However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your aforementioned 
applications within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 16/03/2016, for 
your applications GestDem No 2016/0892, GestDem  No 2016/0893 and GestDem No 
2016/0930, and on 18/03/2016 for your  application GestDem No 2016/0938. 
An extended time limit is needed in particular as in order to retrieve the documents 
requested, large files have to be examined.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 
7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents1. The new time 
limit expires on 11/04/2016 for your applications GestDem No 2016/0892, GestDem  No 
2016/0893 and GestDem No 2016/0930, and on 13/04/2016, for your  application GestDem 
No 2016/0938.
