I  refer  to  your  email  of  16  January  2018,  registered  on  the  same  date,  by  which  you 
submitted  an  application  for  access  to  document  in  accordance  with  Regulation  (EC)  No 
1049/2001  regarding  public  access  to  European  Parliament,  Council  and  Commission
