The lines 36 and 38 were not filled in because it was written in line 34:
„Only to be completed when the Agency makes individual
payments to each beneficiary of the grant agreement:“.
In our case the Agency makes payment only to one beneficiary of the grant
agreement. If we fill in above mentioned lines, will it not mislead about the
Agency‘s payment process.

Thanks for coming back to us with the updated draft final report. I have two
comments:
- For the sheet '1.General info' of the consolidated financial statement
you need to fill in lines 36 and 38; line 36 is empty for the time being;
the line 38 has a phrase 'Total payment should be distributed.' which is
not clear as you re exactly asked how the payment should be
distributed.
- Please, include the text in yellow below in to the consolidated
financial statement (e.g. additionally to the information already
provided in line 36).
I would suggest you finalise the report asap and ask for all concerned MSs
certifications. Please, let us know when you expect to submit a final report and
the payment of the balance to us.

presented to you during the kick-off meeting organised for the preparation of
the grant agreement of your action. Also, please, find attached the PPT we
showed during our LV-EE site-visits at the end of August. I hope the latter helps
you, including on the distinction between the final report and Action Status
Report (ASR) and the link to the relevant templates and additional guidance. In
case of questions, please, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail.
