your request for amendment of the above-mentioned Grant Agreement has been concluded. 
The  proposed  changes  concerning  the  extension  of  the  completion  date  and  adaptation  of 
activities  and  milestones  dates  and  budget  are  properly  justified  and  do  not  affect  the 
objectives of the Action. They are therefore accepted. 
 
Please  find  enclosed  the  final  electronic  version  of  the  Amendment  no.  1  to  the  Grant 
Agreement in reference for your signature. 
 
You are kindly requested to print 2 originals. Every page of each original should be initialed. 
Moreover,  the  originals  should  be  signed  and  dated  on  the  page  where  the  signatures  are 
foreseen.  Please  return  both  originals  by  registered  mail  or  express  mail  delivery  service

that  only  advanced  electronic  signatures  based  on  a  qualified  certificate  as  defined  by 
Regulation 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions 
in  the  internal  market  (eIDAS  regulation)  and  which  comply  with  the  signature  formats 
specified  in  Commission  Implementing  Decision  2015/1506  shall  be  accepted.  For  your

  If  the  Amendment  of  the  Grant  Agreement  is  not  returned  to  the  above  address,

  If any change is made to its wording, 
 
the Amendment of the Grant Agreement will be deemed null and void.
