Thank you very much for having accepted to participate in the session on the North Sea-Baltic
TEN-T Corridor during TEN-T Days. We are looking forward to meeting you there!
 
Enclosed you will find the official invitation letter, as well as a briefing for this session, which will
take place on 26 April, starting at 11.45 in Ljubljana Exhibition Centre. We kindly request you
to be in the room URSKA 1 at 11.30.
 
Please make sure your travel arrangements are fine, as we expect several thousand of
participants at the TEN-T Days and capacities are limited.
 
Ms 
, European Coordinator for the North Sea-Baltic Corridor, will moderate
the session and ask the questions indicated in the attached briefing. Kindly let us know in case
you wish to modify one of the questions.
 
If you wish to use supporting slides- max 2 (with data/ visuals), please send them to me until
Friday 13 April. No lengthy powerpoint will be allowed, as the purpose of the session is to
exchange the views on a number of topics related to the priorities of the Corridor.
