part  of  deliberations  and  preliminary  consultations  within  EIOPA  pursuant  to 
respectively  Articles  4(1)b  and  4(3)  second  indent  of  the  above-mentioned 
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.   
Please  note  that  I  did  not  enclose  emails  including  correspondence  exchanges 
between my colleagues of the policy department and our event team related to

Means of redress 
If you disagree with the assessment, you are entitled, in accordance with Article
