On the occasion of the meeting that IEEP and its members had on the 5th of February at
Commissioner Timmermans’ Cabinet on the Farm to fork strategy, Ms Braun kindly asked us to
convene a similar meeting with our partners on CE and product policy, possibly during next
week.

Therefore, on behalf of IEEP
, I would kindly ask you to let us
know when it would be better to have it, based on Ms Braun’s agenda. A possible suggestion
from our side would be for Wednesday or Thursday.

We are currently discussing the possibility to join the meeting with some of our IEEP partners
and members, but I will need to confirm them to you as soon as I have a potential date for the
meeting from your side. Thank you in advance for your support with the organisation of this
meeting.

Kind regards,
