We refer to your e-mail dated 11 March 2020 in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered on 12 March 2020 under the above-mentioned reference number.
As regards your requests about the meeting between Coca-Cola Company and the Executive
Vice-President Frans Timmermans on the 23 January 2020; your request about the meeting
between Apple and the Executive Vice-President Frans Timmermans on the 23 January 2020;
and your request about the meeting between Google and the Executive Vice-President Frans
Timmermans on the 20 January 2020; you will find enclosed the related documents.
As regards your request about the meeting between Unilever, Ikea and the Executive Vice-
President Frans Timmermans on the 08 November 2018, the Commission does not hold any
documents that correspond to the description given in your application.
Please note that the documents contain personal data that has been expunged according to the
General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2018/17251) and to the internal rules of
procedure of the Commission.
If you disagree with the assessment that the redacted data are personal data that can only be
disclosed if such disclosure is legitimate under the applicable rules on the protection of personal
data, you are entitled, in accordance with Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, to
submit a confirmatory application requesting the Commission to review this position.
