I refer to your e-mail of 16 March2020 in which you make a request for access to documents,
registered on the same day under the above-mentioned reference number.
As regards your request about a meeting between Mr Chris Uregian, Cabinet member of Vice-
President Margaritis Schinas and FIPRA International Limited (FIPRA) on 29 January 2020,
we inform you that the meeting actually took place between Vice-President Schinas and
Royal Caribbean Cruises, and was merely facilitated by FIPRA. You will find enclosed to this
letter the related documents.
As regards the meeting between Mr Risto Artjoki, Cabinet member of former Commissioner
Jyrki Katainen and Aula Europe (Aula) on 23 September 2019, we regret to inform you that
the Commission does not hold any documents that would correspond to the description given
in your application.
As regards the meeting between Mr Grzegorz Radziejewski, Cabinet member of former
Commissioner Jyrki Katainen and Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Company (Rud Pedersen PA)
on 28 May 2019, you will find enclosed to this letter the related documents.
As regards the meeting between Mr Telmo Baltazar, Cabinet member of former President
Jean-Claude Juncker and Brunswick Group LLP on 11 July 2018, we regret to inform you
that the Commission does not hold any documents that would correspond to the description
given in your application.
