ARTICLE 68 (3)
3. Member States may require:
(a) the provision of models or drafts of the packaging, labelling and leaflets;.
(b) that bBiocidal products made available on the market i in their territories shall be labelled in
the official language or languages of that Member State unless that Member State
provides otherwise their official language or languages.
Justification. Products shall always be labelled in the official language(s) of that Member State. 
Wording should be the similar as elsewhere in the text (e.g. Art 26(1)).

ARTICLE 87
Safeguard clause
Where, on the basis of new evidence, a Member State has justifiable grounds to consider that a
biocidal product, although authorised in accordance with this Regulation, or a treated article, 
constitutes a serious immediate or long-term risk to human or animal health, in particular to 
vulnerable groups, or to the environment, it may take appropriate provisional measures. The 
Member State shall, without delay, inform the Commission and the other Member States 
accordingly and give reasons for its decision based on the new evidence.
The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, either permit the provisional measure for a
time period defined in the decision or require the Member State to revoke the provisional measure.
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to
in Article 81(3).
Justification: As treated articles are within the scope of the Regulation they should be covered by 
the safeguard clause too.
