Please find enclosed documents falling within the scope of  your request,  namely copies 
of  correspondence  between  the  cabinet  of  Executive  Vice-President  Timmermans  and 
BASF and CEFIC, and a briefing pack for EVP Timmermans, in view of the meeting that 
took place on-line on 05/11/2020. 
Please  note  that  in  line  with  Article  4(1)(b)  of  Regulation  (EC)  No  1049/2001,  in  the 
attached  document,  all  personal  data  has  been  redacted  and  CVs  of  interlocutors  were 
removed.  In  your  request,  you  do  not  express  any  particular  interest  to  have  access  to 
these  personal  data  nor  do  you  put  forward  any  arguments  to  establish  the  necessity  to 
have the data transmitted for a specific purpose in the public interest.
