We refer to your e-mail dated 30 June 2021 in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered on 1 July 2021 under the above-mentioned reference number.
In your email you requested access to all documentation (including but not limited to all
email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts,
recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meeting on 21 June 2021 between
GasNaturally and Mr Antoine Colombaniand Ms Aleksandra Tomczak, Cabinet
Members of Executive Vice-President Frans Timmermans.
Please find enclosed the document falling within the scope of your request. We confirm
that the meeting took place although in this document, which is our positive reply to
GasNaturally, we are offering a meeting at Cabinet level on 25 May 2021 (not 21 June -
the actual date of the meeting).
Please note that in line with Article 4(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 all
personal data has been redacted. In your request, you do not express any particular
interest to have access to these personal data nor do you put forward any arguments to
establish the necessity to have the data transmitted for a specific purpose in the public
interest.
In case you disagree with this position, you are entitled, in accordance with Article 7(2)
of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, to submit a confirmatory application requesting the
Commission to review this position. Such a confirmatory application should be addressed
