Dear Secretary General

On October 1st I received a response from you to my access to document request registered with GESTDEM 2020/4243 – SG

The response disclosed only one letter and attachment from Arcelor Mittal, and it stated that the search was still ongoing for other documents, but I have received nothing more. I would find it very surprising if all the documents on this issue limits to this one. Could you please indicate at what stage is the search? That response did not include any extension of the established time in which the Commission should respond, so I'm hoping for a quick release of the rest of documents.

Yours sincerely,

Belen Balanya
