Access to meeting responses
Dear European Maritime Safety Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) All documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of Commission Virginijus Sinkevičius with organisations and self-employed individuals:
a) European Bottom Fishing Alliance (EBFA), Association of National Organisations of Fishing Enterprises in the European Union (Europêche), Killybegs Fishermen's Organisation (KFO), Związek Polskich Producentów Ryb (ZPPR), European Association of Fish Producers Organisations (EAPO), Les Pêcheurs de Bretagne (LPDB) to discuss and answer questions about the implementing regulation on vulnerable marine ecosystems on the 20/10/2022.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all
deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation.
Also, I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption
according to article 4.6.
