Access to meeting responses
Dear Environment,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation, including but not limited to attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following:

2. Meeting to discuss the implementation of the chemicals Strategy for sustainability and the

4. Meeting to discuss climate neutrality, biodiversity, circular economy and sustainable finance between L'Oreal representatives and Antoine Colombani, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans and Helena Braun, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on 01/02/2021
5. Meeting to prepare the meeting between Cssr and L’Oréal CEO on the Chemicals Strategy
for Sustainability between L'Oreal representatives and Elena Montani, Cabinet member of Virginijus Sinkevičius ON 19/12/2022.

Hello,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered under case number 2024/2996.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 27/06/2024.
An extended time limit as we are consulting other services.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 18/07/2024.

We are currently working on a part of the request within the remit of our
service. However, we have not yet been able to gather all the elements
