AI generative software
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. Bureau minutes dated 11 March 2023 says "AI should be at the service of Members and the Administration, limiting its scope to empowering Members in fulfilling their mandates and supporting the Administration in increasing the quality and diversity of the services they provide".
Am seeking any document that provides details on how AI should or can "empower Members" and to what extent this includes their role as co-legislators, for example, in drafting legislation, resolutions, amendments etc.
2. Bureau minutes dated 11 March 2023 says a "Roadmap that includes key capabilities to be established, initiatives and timelines, Parliament would maintain AI-related activities to be transparent and subject to regular reviews by political authorities."
Am requesting a copy or draft of this Roadmap
3. Bureau minutes dated 11 March 2023 also discuss compliance checks and risks.
Am requesting any document that details or provides examples of what those compliance risks and checks entail.
Yours faithfully,
Nikolaj Nielsen
