All documentation with "Federated Hermes Limited" and "MSCI Limited"
Dear Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation from the past two years (so from 23/11/2021 onwards), including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence with the organizations: "MSCI Limited" and "Federated Hermes Limited".
This demand above applies also/especially to all information on:
-the meetings held with "Federated Hermes Limited" on 24/2/2022 and on 28/4/2022 .
-the meeting held with "MSCI Limited" on 13/4/2023 .

Dear Mr Coigniez,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on (26 November 2023) under case number (2023/7022).
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request and we will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on (18 December 2023). In particular, some
of the documents requested originate from third parties which must be
consulted.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on (17/01/2024).
