Dear Mr de Ponte,
Further to your request regarding public access to all documents related to the trilogue meetings on the European Border and Coast Guard Regulation, Parliament points out to the fact that this request was partially dealt with in a previous request of yours with reference number A(2018)6721, in which Parliament had identified three 4-column documents. Parliament granted public access to these three documents via its Public Register of Documents. We provide you again with the direct link to these documents for your convenience:

Following your present request which is larger in scope, Parliament has identified several additional documents. Parliament grants public access to the documents in question:
- Regarding the first trilogue (31 May 2016): Parliament has identified a draft agenda (herewith enclosed);
- Regarding the second trilogue (7 June 2016): no agenda was set for this trilogue
- Regarding the third trilogue (14 June 2016): Parliament has identified a draft agenda (herewith enclosed);
- Regarding the fourth trilogue (21 June 2016): Parliament has identified a draft agenda and drafting proposals for some recitals and amendments to be discussed during this last trilogue (herewith enclosed).
- After the fourth and last trilogue a 4-column document with the provisional agreement reached was established (herewith enclosed).
