The time limit for responding to your application for public access to
documents under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, as registered on Mar 1,
2024, expires on Mar 22, 2024.
However, our consultations are taking more time than expected, so that
Parliament must exceptionally extend the time limit provided by Article
7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 by a further 15 working days in

underpinning the Quaestor’s decision of 27 February 2024 on the withdrawal
of the long-term access badges held by representatives of the Amazon
company, as registered on 1 March, 2024, expires today, 17 April, 2024.
Parliament has identified a note for the attention of the Quaestors (PE
752.171 and annexes) as falling under its scope of your application. The
documents are available under the reference EP-PE_NT(2024)0205 on
Parliament's Public Register [1]here. Please note that marginal personal
