Ann Mettler, Head of the new European Political Strategy Centre
Dear Secretariat General (SG),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents (correspondence, including emails, notes/ minutes from any meetings etc) which discuss Ann Mettler's employment at the Commission, as Head of the new European Political Strategy Centre, as it relates to articles 11 and 11a of the staff regulations.
Specifically, what assessments have been made of Ms Mettler's personal interests and are there any matters from which she has been relieved from dealing, under Article 11a 2 of the staff regulations? I would also like to request a copy of Ms Mettler's job description whilst at the Commission.

position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 20 January 2015. An extended
time limit is needed because the application requires additional time for
follow up.
Therefore, we must extend the time limit by a further 15 working days in
