Annual Reports by EC entities

Klärung der Anfrage wird erwartet. Wenn Sie Lee Rotherham sind, bitte Anmelden um eine Nachfrage zu senden.

Dear Internal Audit Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Having reviewed the European Commission's online databases, certain Commission offices, institutions and entities appear to publish annual reports reviewing their own institutional operations and activity but do not appear to have these published online for wider public access. At least one is known to be releasable to the public but only on receipt of a request, which requires that one knows the document exists in the first place.

The IAS, as part of its duties, is likely to receive copies across the Commission from those entities that do publish annual reports.

Can the IAS please supply a list of those that do so publish an annual report? If not, can it relay the request to a counterpart that can?

My address for hard copy receipt is:
Room 428, 1 Parliament Street, House of Commons, Westminster, United Kingdom, SW1A OAA

Yours faithfully,
Dr Lee Rotherham
