Any and all laboratory test results for skin-lightening creams posted on RAPEX
Dear Consumers, Health and Food Executive Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. In 2013 - 2014 a number of skin-lightening creams were listed on the RAPEX report as containing mercury. We would like to request any and all laboratory test results or analytical laboratory reports in the agency's possession or control showing that skin-lightening creams listed in the RAPEX report contain mercury.
2. We would like to request records of any and all communications between the agency and Amazon.com, Inc. about products listed in the RAPEX report from 2011 to present.
