Dear Mobility and Transport,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Any communication with competent authorities of the Member States regarding the scope and applicability of Article 3c and 3d and Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, as amended by Council Regulations 2022/328 and 2022/334, towards pilots holding Russian citizenship.
