Appointment
Dear Director-General Ingestad,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All the documents and exchange of e-mails that have led to the appointments of:
Ms Nadine KOLLOCZEK, former assistant of the OLAF DG, as Deputy Head of a Unit OLAF-B4
Mr Biagio FIORITO, as Head of a Unit OLAF-B4
In particluar, I'm interested in knowing whether or not the posts that they occupy were openly published. If yes, how many candidates applied and why they were deemed to be the best candidates
If the posts were not published, I'm even more interested in knowing why it wasn't advertised and the rationale for these appointments. These decisions seems to suggest that there are no other candidate across the whole range of EU institutions that could equally perform in these roles. I would then be interested how you reached this conclusion.
I wish to receive the requested information in electronic form. This is myright under Regulation 1049/2001 if the information exists in that format.
Yours faithfully,
Fleur Cruz
