Dear Madam,

We refer to your e-mail dated 11 February 2015 in which you make a request
for access to documents, registered on 12/02/2015 under the above
mentioned reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 4 March 2015. An extended time
limit is needed because the application requires additional time for
follow up.

Therefore, we must extend the time limit by a further 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents.

The new time limit expires on 25 March 2015.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,

HR.B1

Dear Human Resources and Security,

GestDem 2015/852

I must say that I am extremely disappointed that you are unable to provide these documents within the initial 15 days. This is a clear and simple request for standard Commission documents which does not involve any sensitivity. I hope you will be able to provide the documents promptly now.

Yours faithfully,

Vicky Cann
