Dear Sir,
Thank you for your message. With regards to its content, please be informed that some information related to investigations of marine casualties, including investigation reports as provided by the Member States to the Commission, have been made available to the public on EMCIP Portal. You can find them by using the following link: https://emcipportal.jrc.ec.europa.eu / under the section named "casualties".
We would like hereby to inform you of your right to submit within 15 working days from the receipt of this email a confirmatory application asking for a reconsideration of your request as set out in Art. 3.6 of the Administrative Board decision 25/06/2004.
My best regards,
