Dear Mr Hoedeman,

Thank you for your e-mail dated 24/02/2016. We hereby acknowledge receipt of your application for access to documents, which was registered today under reference number GestDem 2016/0938. We have had exchanges with DG GROW, DG EMPL and DG SANTE regarding your request as DG TRADE is not in the lead of the Directives you mention or issues concerning workplace related cancers. Some of those DGs have either received the same request from you or are dealing with part(s) of your request. As you have specified DG TRADE in your request to us, we will check for any meetings/correspondence between TRADE officials and BE/CEFIC/EIMA specifically on these issues.

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application will be handled within 15 working days. The time limit will expire on 18/03/2016. In case this time limit needs to be extended, you will be informed in due course.

Yours sincerely,
DG TRADE
