Circulation Fiche ARES

Justiz und Verbraucher Die angefragten Informationen waren nicht vorhanden.

Dear Justice and Consumers,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Thank you for the reply to this request, in which you state that no Adonis fiche could be found:
http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/circu...

I have now found out that during 2009/2010 a new electronic mail registration and archive system, ARES, was gradually introduced.
http://ec.europa.eu/historical_archives/...

Therefore I kindly request if there is an ARES fiche related to the letter from the Director
General of DG Justice to the Romanian newspaper Jurnalul National,
dated 14/12/2010. The Jurnalul National article was titled: "Battle of international adoptions reaches peak - The European Commission Forges Official Report".

Yours faithfully,

Arun Dohle

Dear Justice and Consumers,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Justice and Consumers's handling of my FOI request 'Circulation Fiche ARES'.

The reply is delayed. By law a response should have been given by today.
I also did not receive an acknowledgement of receipt and thus no GESTDEM nr.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/circu...

Yours faithfully,

Arun Dohle
