Code of conduct against hate speech online
Dear Justice and Consumers,
On 24 March 2016, EU Ministers for Justice and Home Affairs and representatives of EU institutions announced [1]:
"The Commission will intensify work with IT companies, notably in the EU Internet Forum, to counter terrorist propaganda and to develop by June 2016 a code of conduct against hate speech online."
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting
- all drafts and documents in relation to this "code of conduct against hate speech";
- the exchange of e-mails with industry and the Commission with regard to the preparation of the code of conduct;
- the agenda and minutes of meetings with industry in relation to this code of conduct or practice.
Yours faithfully,
European Digital Rights (EDRi)

We refer to your e-mail dated 15 May 2016 in which you make a request for
access to documents under the above mentioned reference number and to our
