Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Commission meetings with BusinessEurope'.
Regarding document on file named "01 Briefing Meeting w BusinessEurope 20Nov2020 redacted.pdf", I see that nearly 95% of it has been redacted and 30 of the 32 pages are fully redacted.
It defies belief that not one word, one sentence or one paragraph has information that can be made public. I urge you to review this decision.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/comm...

Dear FISMA D1,
Thank you for the documents.
In regards to Ares(2021)1615686, you say that "The redacted parts of the document Ares(2021)1615686 refer to a matter where the decision has not been taken, so the disclosure of the document is refused as it would seriously undermine the decision-making process.".
In that case, without providing information on the contents of what's been redacted, can you please clarify what matter the content refers to? This would be essential to get a clear idea of whether access to the document should be requested again and, if so, when a new request must be placed.
Yours sincerely,
