- All preparatory notes and other documents (concept notes, summaries of the meetings etc.) for the preparation, organisation, running and evaluation of all the technical workshops on the revision of the Prüm Decisions that took place in the past year.
- All visual support or written documents (notes, online presentation, etc.) that supported the Commission's presentation at the online Informal videoconference of the members of the Working Party on JHA Information Exchange (IXIM) of 21 April 2021, as referred to in CM 2415/1/21, page 3, as well as from any other meeting that took place in the past year with the IXIM Working Party to discuss the revision of the Prüm decisions.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time

2021, by which you submit a confirmatory application in accordance with
Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents (hereafter
‘Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001’).

 

I would like to inform you that your confirmatory application is currently
being handled. Unfortunately, due to ongoing external (several Member
States) and internal consultations, we were not in a position to reply to
your confirmatory request within the prescribed time limit which expired
on 11 October 2021.

 

Consequently, we have to extend this period by another 15 working days in
accordance with Article 8(2) of Regulation(EC) No 1049/2001. The new
deadline expires on 3 November 2021.
