Dear Mr Flues,
We refer to your message dated 01/12/2016 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on the same day under reference number
2016/6798.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we were not in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expired yesterday.
An extended time limit is needed as we are still in the process of
identifying the documents. In addition we have several other requests
ongoing and are working on each one as fast as we can.
Therefore, we have extended the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 20/01/2017.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
Best regards, and Happy Holidays!
