Complaint to EU commission

Interne Prüfung durch Generalsekretariat der Europäischen Kommission wird erwartet.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

There was a complaint to the EU commission under the address:
ec-fp-internet-services-do-not-reply=AT=ec.europa.eu
on 2018-01-23 1:56 AM

A german citizen was treated bad from UK police. Not even a translator was provided.

When entering the complaint to the EU commission it was replied by email: 'Thank you for having completed the form. The European Commission will process it promptly'.

Roughly six weeks have passed and there was no reply.

(1) Kindly let me know what happened with this complaint. When it should have been answered? And when it will be answered? Let me know why there was no answer?
Also the responsible person and departement dealing with this complaint.

(2) Further let me know the in detail the complaints received at this email address any how long it took for each complaint until there was the first reply. (Please reply this in electronic form)

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser

Dear Mr Zinser,

Your e-mail dated 9 March sent through
[1][FOI #5230 email] has been passed on to DG Justice
and Consumers together with your e-mail dated 9 March sent through
[2][email address]. DG Justice and Consumers
confirmed to us on 12 March that it would register these requests and
reply to them. You confirmed that DG Justice and Consumers sent you a
reply on 11 June.

Your requests have never been registered as access to documents requests
under Regulation 1049/2001 because they were categorised as requests for
information (which explains the absence of a Gestdem reference number in
our correspondence). Therefore, these requests do not fall under the
responsibility of the Secretariat General's Access to Documents team. We
kindly invite you to turn to DG Justice and Consumers should you have
questions about the internal handling of your requests in DG Justice and
Consumers or about its replies.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Complaint to EU commission'.

This answer is more than worrying. The EU does not protect the EU citizens. Sorrry, but thats a joke.
The British Citizen and high ranked EU commission Employee Mr. Michael Shotter has answered. Unfortunately I cannot believe Mr Michael Shotter as he seems to be biased and will not go against the UK goverment. There is a very high risk of political corruption in answers from a british citizen when there are illeagal activities of the UK authorities.
I want this to be reviewed from a qualified and independent person who definitely cannot be a British citizen.
Also this cannot be Mr. Martin Selmayr CDU, the earlier colleage of Mr Shotter and now possibly his head.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/comp...

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser
