Re: EU Commission - DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
RE:DOC:BRUSSELS,17.1.2014, COM(2014)2 FINAL{SWD(2014)5 FINAL} in State of Transposition and Infringement Procedures 2nd para:
'The Commission receives a number of complaints every year concerning these Directives(around 20-30 on average)"-Racial Equality Directive and Employment Equality Directive.
Please provide documents regarding 2014-2019 to date all complaints with as much details as possible including operational procedure started-investigation/infringement/outcome per EU country full report
