Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as
developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which
contain the following information:

* all correspondence between between Commission President Barroso or his Cabinet - and private sector companies and lobby groups since 10 February 2010, related to the revision of the Tobacco Products Directive 2001/37/EC;
