Dear Defence Industry and Space,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU Treaties, as set out in Regulation 1049/2001, I request the documents containing this information:
- Guidance given by the European Commission to each Member State and their competent authorities for the implementation of EU restrictive measures towards Myanmar (decision 2018/655) regarding the ban of "financial support" in case of "military use". I request all types of written documents (e-mail, memos, presentation etc).
- Correspondence (e-mail, meeting minutes, verbatim reports, memos and presentation) between DEFIS, the Secretariat-General of the European Commission and skateholders member States of Airbus (ie Spain, France, Germany), regarding Airbus activities with AVIC, Airbus participation into AviChina and Airbus compliance towards the restrictive measures against Burma/Myanmar.
Best regards,

We are writing to you concerning your request for access to Commission
documents registered on 23/09/2024 under case number 2024/5043.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
