Gligor Radečić

Dear Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations,

Under Regulation 1049/2001 and Regulation 1367/2006, as amended by Regulation 2021/1767, I am requesting documents that contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to meetings that took place in 2021 and 2022 and included attendance from DG ENER representatives (including Commissioner Simson, her cabinet, or other officials) where natural gas projects in Western Balkan countries were discussed.

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready. I would prefer to receive documents in electronic format.

Yours faithfully,

Gligor Radečić
