Ihre Anfrage war teilweise erfolgreich.

Dear Mobility and Transport,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. All briefings, minutes of meetings, and correspondence (including email, SMS, private twitter and WhatsApp) since January 1st 2021 between representatives of TotalEnergies SE, or PR companies or law firms representing TotalEnergies SE, and Commissioner Adina Vălean, and/or members of her cabinet and/or officials from DG Move, in which the Euro VII OR OR CO2 regulation for light vehicles OR CO2 regulation for heavy-duty vehicles OR the Renewable Energy Directive (RED) OR ReFuelEU Aviation, OR FuelEU Maritime, OR AFIR directive were discussed.

2.All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts and recordings) AND the meeting minutes/notes relating to the meeting between members of cabinet of Commissioner Adina Vălean and TotalEnergies SE on 16 March 2021.

I would like to make clear that I would prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis.
At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

To the extent possible, I would prefer the documents in electronic format. If that is not please possible, please use my postal address :
VOLUMES Coworking

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.

I reserve the right to appeal.

Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulations.

Yours faithfully,

Agathe Bounfour
