Correspondence between Ms Mogherini and Latvia

Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- all correspondence (including minutes of meetings) between the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President Federica Mogherini or her's
cabinet with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs and Prime Minister of Latvia Laimdota Straujuma since May 18 2015 till September 7 2015.

As this information will be used for journalistic purposes, I am also highly interested in:

1. Letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Mr Edgards Rinkēvičs to the HR/VP Ms Mogherini, dated 24/11/2014

2. Letter from ministers of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovakia to the HR/VP Ms Mogherini, dated 15/12/2014

3. Letter from ministers of Foreign Affairs of Italy, Latvia and Luxembourg to the HR/VP Ms Mogherini, dated 29/12/2014

4. Letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Mr Edgards Rinkēvičs to the HR/VP Ms Mogherini, dated 26/08/2015
