Memo to the attention of Mr. James Panichi

Subject: Access to information request – Correspondence relating to
harassment claims of COR official Robert Mc Coy since 2003
Ref.: Your email dated 22 September 2015
Dear Mr. Panichi,
Following your request regarding public access to documents, we understand
that you are interested in receiving the documents related to the two
judgments of the European Union Civil Service Tribunal (Case F-86/11 and
Case F-156/12).
As mentioned in the section "Background to the dispute" of the first
judgment dated May 7th 2013, the chronology of facts covers a long period
of time for over more than 10 years. Therefore, your application refers to
a very large number of documents, originating from different legal
entities, other than CoR.
In lack of more details we cannot fulfil your request in compliance with
the provisions of Regulation (EC) N°1049/2001.
Yours faithfully,
Transparency and Document Access Service
