Correspondence with Karmenu Vella regarding the Birds Directive
Dear Secretariat General (SG),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. All correspondence between the Federation for Associations of Hunting and Conservation (FACE) and Karmenu Vella.
2. All correspondence between any Italian Member of the European Parliament and Karmenu Vella on the topic of The birds Directive and/or hunting.
3. All correspondence between FACE Italia and Karmenu Vella on the topic of The birds Directive and/or hunting
4. All correspondence between any Romanian Member of the European Parliament and Karmenu Vella on the topic of The birds Directive and/or hunting.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
